Maybe you could raise the river for value, but call is also fine.
I played the hand the same way against most opponents.

You should always post some more info from villain.

I would consider ch-r line on flop or on turn. We want to protect our hand from FDs and also increase the pot.

You just can not win by playing so passively. 3B PF vs most players, C/R flop, you have a very strong hand and there are too many turn cards that might either improve your opponents hand, or kill the action. Same for the turn and for the river. If you don't extract enough value from your big hands you will never be a winner and 2 pair will come not that often. This is $1.50 and most players will pay you with worse hands very often. You should squeeze as much as you can.

You should always c/r those flops for two reasons :protect your hand from bad turns ad get value from your hand . You played it way to passively.
