It's a huge 3bet preflop, since you opened 4bb. So I would assume, villain is pretty strong.

What hands does he check flop, check turn? I personally give him AA,KK,AK here, I think he flopped the nuts. He's super aggro, preflop and has a high AF, so a big 3bet and then giving up on the flop is kind of weird.

I gave him a 19% 3bet range (Most Axs, all Kxs and Qxs, Most Jxs, etc.) and only gave him the heart draws. Versus his range, you have ~25% equity. Even if he plays his fd's like that. That's mainly because his 3bet bluffs contain a ace or king blocker most of the time. So I think it's a good board to check down and call maximum for once.

Normally 4bet but deep so call is better I think.

I don't really see the point in betting the turn, since we probably don't get called by much worse and aren't really worried about too many river cards. QQ is one street of value so I just bluffcatch or small bet river.

I agree with the check back turn and call a small river bet - 1/2 pot. I think villain is trapping most of the time.
