No more 100k VPP challenge / System for My Poker

1. Challenge: FAILED SpoilerHello guys, So the challenge is to get to the 100k VPP / Supernova until April 30. Now i have 3400 VPPs. With 81 working days and 20 rest days this means 1200 VPP / work day. Mostly i will play on NL100 zoom, but there will be some NL50 zoom and maybe some NL200 too. I average around 0.25 VPP/hand on NL100 zoom, so that means around 5k hands / day. I will update every day about the challenge (excluded the days when i go in vacation to ski/snowboard, there will be a 5 day vacation and an 8 day vacation) I will post VPPs made(most important) and graph for working days. For rest day, i just post rest day : ) I'm already Supernova and playing NL50-100, sometimes NL200 zoom. I live from poker, I just want to buy a car at least May, so that's why i made this challenge : ) SO 81 working days!:f_cool: =============CHALLENGE UPDATE 2015.02.17============================ WORK DAYS: 18, WORK DAYS LEFT: 61 REST DAYS: 10, REST DAYS LEFT: 10 VPP made: 22650 VPP pace: 2229 Total minutes played: 5617 $$$ made: ~500 FPP made: 60770 (~972$) =========================================================================== ============================================================================ DAILY PLAN FOR WORK DAYS: 10:00 - 11:00 Get up / Morning Routine(meditate10-20m or yoga, breakfast, wake up chill a bit) 11:00 - 14:00 PokerLEARN with pauses (around 10-20m for 1 hour) 14:00 - 17:00 REGENERATION (nap, meditation, reading, relaxing, calisthenics training on traindays) 17:00 - 01:30 PokerPLAY with pauses (around 10-20m for 1-1.5 hour) or until i get the 1200 VPP done and i don't feel like playing pretty bad. 1. POST DAILY RESULTS 2. POST A HAND ANALYSIS (FROM WORK DAY 14) / let's try every week 1 :) ============================================================================ MOTIVATION: CHALLENGE FAILED MADE $: ~1000$ So i failed the first challenge, but i don't give up neither on the car, neither on the VPPs :) (for a total of 300k VPPs for this year) From May 1 i will define a system/another challenge to track the progress longterm. 2. Challenge/System: Work Day Rules - Daily Plan when get up (ENERGY-eating, sleep, training, POKER-sessions,focus) - Stop loss: -5 BI / day - DON'T PLAY OTHER GAMES THEN YOU PLANNED! Tracking Rules - Daily Tracking - Plan + Review - Weekly Plan - Weekly Review - Monthly Plan - Monthly Review - Track Goals / Not Time

Man thanks a lot for your quick response!

I read your whole thread including hand analysis of course. I will contribute definitely with thinking process, just keep them coming buddy!

I am currently 3 tabling ZOOM on Stars, going back and forth between NL25-50 and taking shots at NL100. Right now my life roll is low so I am in a spot where I am grinding SNGs to make $ for my family life expenses and in the meanwhile studying 1.5-2 hours daily CG + grinding it 2 hours also. Feel in love with CG and want to switch to it FT basically despite the fact that I am crushing SNGs, it is just no challenge anymore, CG brings me that joy of studying daily and pushing myself further.
In general I feel that my thinking process is far advanced for these lower limits (I have a projection bias leak constantly going on!!!) and I see some bad bluff catches on daily basis numerous times. When I took a shot at NL100 it made way more sense to me in terms of what range people are bluffing with and calling it off, if that makes sense.
This year I am in coaching deal for CG so my main goal will be to improve and reach by the end of the year NL100 with 3bb/100 minimum pre RB. I feel that I will reach that and overcome it even with my daily habits and fanatical focus. You are already there man and it must be great knowing that you make over 40$ hourly on Stars and can start and stop playing at any given time in the day.
I have a study partner that is winner at NL25 taking shots at NL50. We do CREV, HHs, FlopZilla, sweats and do daily study sessions of course... If you want to join us or just study with one of us or just connect I would personally like that.
