An interesting session! I managed to loose 500 get it back and loose it again. I played well today. I Lost my money when I had trips vs a flush and a hand where I was all in vs a fish on turn he had a flush draw I had top pair J and he spiked a A on the river. i also lost another hand where I missed my flush draw. In general though I'm happy with the day. I managed to get a good 10 hour session in. I struggled to get up today as i went out last night again. I had a good session yesterday. I achieved my targets which is a good thing. I also did well at controlling my tilt after loosing some big pots.

Just finished my session today. I really good session today. I started off in the Orleans and made on bad judgment with an over pair VS two pair. It was a Q,10,8 flop and I cbet and an old man raised pot committing him self. I thought for a wile with K,K and shoved him in. It was a bad play because this type of player could never re raise me with a draw so the only hand he could have that I could beat would be A,Q which he still probably doesn't play this fast. Also I saw on his face when the flop came down how much it interested him. I made a few really good plays in other hands making big bets on the river as bluffs and I made most of my money back. After playing there for about 2-3 hours I went to meet a friend had dinner and a drink. We then decided to play some poker. We went to fish city (planet hollywood) and I ran good. I made some really good reads on people too. I made a good hero call and a few other good plays. I also ran good vs the right people and my big hands generally held up!
My friend is now here for a few days so poker hours will be down quite a bit. I'm going to try to play at least a few hours ever day though.
Things I have to remember when I come back off my little break.
Don't get carried away in multy way pots with your big hands. Just because you made it 10X pre flop doesn't mean people wont feel valued in with ragg hands!
Don't call off your chips OOP
Listen to your gut. Making folds is some times where you earn the most money.
Don't play draws aggressively. If the other player is betting agro. He wont fold so just call and try to save money if you miss. He wont fold to your et when you hit. People only bet agro with two pair or better.
Try to get out of bed early and not sit around watching videos on the internet.

Not a long session today as I spent most of the day with rich. I am still pleased that I was able to get 5hours in though. I ran quite well again today plus the players were scared of me and I made a few good plays. I made one sick soal read. I still called but I told the guy I thought he had a monster just from one of his body tell that I saw another player do with a monster a few days ago. I put him on a huge hand or a bluff. I had a big hand that I had pot controlled with so that was the reason for calling with my hand.
I think I was playing in my A game and was happy with my performance but would say that I was having a level 2 day or maybe even 1 as far as cards and variance is conceded. So basically it's easy to play well when you are running good so although I'm happy with my play I wouldn't say I achived too much today with improving my CGame.
All said and done I did well and played well and am pleased that my level of confidence has risen back to what it was two weeks ago.
Finished my session today. Not sure how many hours I did but it must of been around 9. I had a good start to the day at caesars. The. Played a tournament at the orleans. Played ok till the end where I played a hand badly and got it all in with and over pair on a scary board. I did the same thing in cash a few hours later. I need to work on listening to my guy. I talked my self into calling with these hands.

Todays session went well. I felt I was playing on my A game today. I was in a tournament for about 8 hours. It was a satalight and I came 20th paid 16 which was shit. Got it in with J,J vs 4,4 and he hit a set on the turn. I played some of my hands really well with two pair and a set where I was playing to try and survive rather than get all my chips in and i feel really hapy with how it went down.
A character building session today. I feel I played well al day. I made one bad call with aces and a bad call/play with K,K. I also lost a hand where I made a play vs a big fish that turned the nuts vs me. Other than that I was fairly card dead/ missing all my hands. I was on a supper fishy table also when 15X was nothing and it was going 5 way to the flop. I ended up busting with it all in on the flop of 10,10,4 with 9,9 vs 8,8 and he turned an 8 
I'm not too bothered. I was in for 600 today.
Tomorrow I will be entering the 250 day 1C of the Venetian deep stack. Hope I run good there. This week will be tough. I'm going to try and get 100 hours in 6 days so 16 hour days on my list. I'm looking forward to it.

Emotions: Today I felt good. A little rushed as I woke up late because I went to bed late last night. I was in good spirits all day. Some times getting frustrated and trying to push the action.
Attributes: I was getting fustrated due to bad cards and trying to make a few plays to bluff people off spots. This only happened for short period and I managed to catch my self before I mad some costly mistakes. I Injected logic into my game and carryed on playing well.
Lifestyle: I got up late so rushed this morning. I still did the standard warm up eating well but just fast.
Tilt: I tilted a few times briefly today when card dead but felt I handled it well.
Today I would say was a level 4 day with my variance of cards. So I'm happy with how I handled today and feel good improvement in my mental game at the table to be able to play well for so long.

Emotions: I got up today feeling ready for the challenge. I didnt lay around watching video insted I was awake, did my warm up and got to the casino on time. I Busted in the tourney but felt I played ok. I then played cash. I was feeling frustrated a few times.
Attributes: Felt good because of my hourly challenge ahead of me this week. I was a bit fustrated in the cash games today because I was on some supper nitty tables and money was hard to come by. I moved casinos and made a few aggressive plays. I then had to inject logic into my mind and this helped allot.
Lifestyle: Played an 18 hour session today. not much else. I didnt have a pack lunch as my friend had my back pack. I ate ok but would have liked a bit more.
Tilt: I tilted twice today. I feel I played bad in the last few hours of the tourney and then a brief spell in cash where I made some big bluffs.
Over all I'm happy with how I played. Managing a good session. Taking the highs with the lows. I ran very good towards the end of the session which is always nice.
Todays session didnt go to plan. I ran pretty bad. I played the tourney and basically lost nearly every hand and I ended up open jamming on the button with Q,9 with 13 BB. BB wakes up with J,J. Then in cash was missing all my big hands. I felt I played well the whole time though making good folds and playing tight. I busted with K,J on Q,K,10 flop all in.
I am not sure whether the lack of sleep contributed to today or not because I do feel i made good decisions all day but the cards just didnt go my way.
Im hopping to have a good month before I have to leave here! My friend also ended day 1B today as chip leader which is cool to see.
I missed blogging a few days. I had a decent sleep and entered the tourney again on wednesday. I managed to hold out for the first two hours of play being card dead until I hit some run good and chipped up to 40BB. I finished day 1 and went into day two with 30 BB. We started on the bubble and I was being table captain well. I was stealing allot of pots comming up to the bubble. Just after the bubble though I was raising hands like A,6, A,9 and getting shoved on and having to fold. I maybe should have been a bit tighter in these stages of play. I went down to 10 BB and with a table change and some well time shoving and 3 bet shoving I got back up to 40BB. I was happy and then got Q,Q into K,K after a few hands where my pairs had come up second best I got it all in with 28BB. I think it was a mistake and I could have made an exploitative fold in this spot or a flat call and seem his action on the flop. I finished the tournament in 39th place.
There are a few whynn tournaments comming up now. I'm really unsure whether to go for it and enter some or to just grind cash?? I dont know what to do on that one.
I played cash after the tourney yesterday and was tired so gave up after about 4 hours. ended up even.
Back from another session. Got 7 hours in today. I slept late today. I duno why but I was feeling supper tired last night. I went and played cash at caesars and made some money vs a massive fish. I had his game down to a tea and out played him so much which was good. I then had a bread and went to see a comedy show with a friend. We came back to caesars because I want to get in my hour for the promotion on sunday. I played well the second time. I ended up loosing every al in pot twice getting it in bad and once getting unlucky. I feel I played well though. I was fairly card dead the whole time. I had some massive fish on my tabel but couldnt get the right cards at the right time :(.
I am working on putting people on hand ranges allot right now and I feel it is helping my game allot.
Today I entered the whynn classic tournament. It had 452 people and we are down to the last 56. Go into paid places tomorrow. I played cash and was playing supper agressive. I started off and showed a few bluffs then used that image to my advantage. I got a bit unlucky though with Q,Q vs A<A and also got it all in on flop 3 way with nut flush draw and missed. Happy with how i played today. I played the tourney ok but was getting beat down whe trying to accumulate chips by stealing. I was getting re shoved on so much it was really annoying. Anyway I go into tomorrow with ten BB yay lol. still can get somthing going i hope.
I'm looking forward to taking it a bit easyer next week as this weeks challenge of doing 100 hours has tired me allot.
Its tough going at the moment! Another loosing session today. I wasnt planning on playing but after playing for two hours because of a promotion I felt I was in an ok mood to play and had nothing better to do.
I was at the fishyest table I have ever seen and the money was going in with second pair. I doubled up once with top pair then was so card dead for ages. I sat there folding and it was getting frustrating. I made one bad call against one fish then got it all in against another fish and he hit a flush.
My mind set is struggling right now due to a few loosing sessions in a row. There isn't much I can do about it other than keep up a good warm up and warm down. Try to play solid poker.
An interesting day today. I slept in a long time. I was having good dream so didn't want to disturb then 
I got up and was in two minds about playing. I started to watch a training video on PS and it got me in the mood. I have been putting allot of work into my game. I'm trying to concentrate on putting players on specific hand ranges and also playing less hands OOP. I did this well today and am very happy with the way I played. I had full focus on the game. I only got in about 3 hours today and ended up loosing due to on big pot with set over set. No biggy though. I have high hopes for the rest of the week.
I ate well today as well and feel like the last few days with extra sleep has re generated my brain.
Another lie in today and I went to the session feeling good. I played good to beging with but half way though I was talking to a girl who was sat next to me and for some reason I was playing supper agressive. I was all in allot of pot which was working out for me but then I had a few beats and ended p loosing. I went for a walk had some food and came back to the game with a fresh head and won the money back plus some. I played well today ad felt I was focused ok on the game. Not as well as yesterday though but still enough to take advantage of my opponents. I feel I ran well though today also.
Things are looking good this week. Another good session at cash where I was focused and playing my A,game and some good cards. I was also really playing well targeting players and I made some good calls and bets. I have a minor head ache tonight for some reason. Not sure why. I ate well during the session and drank allot of water.
I started selling action today for the first time and have had a few replies from people who want to be in on the action which is really cool! Ill be playing a $600 tournament tomorrow so I really hope I do well for the people who invest in me plus as this is my first time making any of my poker results public I want to do well.
I would say my card variation today was about even. I made some really tight folds with no hesitation due to knowing the players ranges and some speculative calls as well which all payed off. I snap folded K,K on a J,10,7 board to a womens check raise and snap folded Ac,Qd on a As,Js,10s flop and he showed A,K no spades so I was just happy to be folding these hands and not be thinking about them after just moving on to the next hand.
an early start tomorrow and the pressure is on for the first time. I hope I do well!!!
Todays tournament flopped!!! I busted within an hour I lost about 1/4 of my stack with a straight & nut flush draw VS the nut straight. Then I lost with 8c,7c on a 5c,4d,9,h,10c board and I made a questionable bluff on the river to an unknown player which called with 8,8 :\ I was shocked how he called that. Then shoved on button with Q,9 Sb wakes up with A,K i flop a Q he rivers a A.
I had a nice day off though and tonight am going to the driving range with my friend and then maybe out for a few drinks which is a bit backwards because its like celebrating my bad day but I am pissed about loosing so don't want to spunk more money on cash and it gave me a nice opportunity to walk around in the sun and check out things rather than like usual day playing.
I will be entering 2 more tournaments this month one is a 300 BI 100K guarantee the other is a 2000 BI 300000 GT but I will try to starlight into that one.

Not a bad session today! It was a strange one. I was running weird. I managed to suck out a few times on the river and also I got sucked out on a few times so it was all working out about even which is nice in a way. I was fairly card dead for the last few hours and only made money from making a few plays. I would say I was playing my A- game today. I was concentrating on the game well for the most part but still found it hard to fold in some spots where I knew I was beat.

I played the 100K grt today busted with two pair flush draw all in on turn VS a straight. I then went to play the aria 125 just because I said I would give the people who staked me in the 100K a free role for the same %. I busted with straight vs rivered flush. Then I proceeded to the cash game at PH and was on a crazy table!! All in blind and just crazy shit like that going down. It was funn. I was up 300 but then played too long got tired. Lost 250 in one hand with A,K vs flopped set and then wasted the rest with W.E hands. I just had a big day today with getting up early for the tournament. Then walking about 20K around town shopping and stuff and then more poker. I have been on the strip for 16 hours UGH!
I'm loking forward to my bed! just lit a few scented candles, will get the plus massager going on me wile cooling down read for a nice long sleep.
I'm getting more lazy again! I went out last night and didnt manage to get a poker in yesterday as I slept late. I got in at a normal 3AM so today I woke up early and could have got out of bed to play, I wasn't planning on playing though as I dont like to play hung over so I went back to bed until 2PM. After doing my thing I felt ok to play so went to the tables. I played well today. I ended up down due to two hands where I was in weird spots and it was a spot where I would have to fold TP3rdK or re raise and get it in and I chose the more aggressive rout. VS villans overall hand range I was 80% so thats fine and vs his value hand range i was 50% not a bad play. I was just generally not folding as much as I would have when I'm playing my A+ game.
