Why not squeezing Preflop? What would You do, if SB or BB decides to squeeze and everyone else folds?
As played - I think You could not do more and river fold is good. If UTG is decent player - maybe even turn fold would be all right, because of his strong range with overpairs, sets there - in this case You beat only KQ.

Perfect hand for squeeze preflop. You try to isolate yourself vs the shortstack fish and do not give chances to the blinds to widely squeeze themselves. River is a fold and you don't beat KQ. :)

I play it simple..squeeze to 60cents preflop and fold to a 4bet.

Maybe it's just me, but I probably sqz AQo and call AQs. Don't like to fold AQs to 4bet preflop.
