I would bet full pot on the flop since the board is so drawy. Turn bet should would be ok if you wouldve potted the flop. River can be everything: A bluff or a valuebet. If you think he is capable of bluffing here, I would call. But if he is more or less straightforward, a fold is better.

Bet more on flop and turn and call river. Looks like a blockbet, he could be on a J or bluffbetting the fd. I look it up and make the note.
