Against uknown I would fold preflop.

As played, raise on the flop is good but I would fold to the 3BET. Can't think of a worse hand that Villain is holding, as he raised UTG.

turn: if you just called the flopbet, the pot wouldn't be here to big so you can call again

you're in position so no need to raising the flop, only raise flop IP when you wanna go allin on the flop.

I understand we don't want to raise out a worse hand, but what if (and chances are likely IMO) Villain has a better hand? Do we not save more money by raise/folding rather than calling down?

a good raise on this flop would be 5$, now you're raise is to small to fold

so you're investment would be almost the same when calling flopbet and calling normal turnbet, on the river he probably checks with TP or overpair otherwise fold to riverbet

Don´t like to call KQ UTG raise.
I´d call flop, since board is drawy and you don´t want to play stacks here, since he could also have AQ+, set
I´d call flop, call turn and fold to river bet.
