i would fold 65o in the SB against 2 limps, especially on NL25 where you get worse odds.

on the flop you can consider raising, but calling is fine.

on the turn i would just bet for value.
i don't expect to always get a bet, and C/R looks so strong.

I don't see the need for a blockbet. I would just value bet, as backdoor flush is pretty unlikely.

by the way, do you play NL25FR on ftp? I play there now, and I saw someone called 'Michailewic'.

I´d complete, since often enough I can take pot down just draw or pair and don´t have to wait two pair+ to play that hand profitable.
But for doing that you should take initiative with strong draw and bet pot into 3 people. If you hit you can bet strong again, if not then check and hopefully player gives you good odds to call.
I´d c/r turn to 7$. If he has anything then he´d mostly call and you ca make large valuebet pot the river, if not then he´d fold.
I´d bet 7-10$ on the river.
