What is his CC range in that spot?
What is his 3bet range in that spot?
What is my CC range in that spot?
I'll try to answer...

What should his 3bet vs UG should be?
vs me , i open raise 12.22% from UG so he should 3bet 25% fron 12.22% , that is 3%
my Ft3bet=60% so it should be 60% bluffs and 40% value hands

What should be his Cold Call range in that spot?

What is his 16% range look like? Well it's mostly bluffs so he sould fold to 4bet i would say 70% or more.
Didnt happen so i wandered what he has and called... was thinking AK and i got lucky this time.

After 300 hands, his VPIP and maybe PGR is reasonably accurate. His 3-bet from the button will need another 10 000 hands at least to be somewhat accurate. Even if correct, he is probably 3-betting an UTG-open much much less than a CO open. Then his fold to 4-bet, well, ..., that number is plainly useless for 300 hands.

Playing w/o HUD is better than using numbers that way.

Apart from that, 44 is not in the CC range because the implied odds don't motivate a call. Deep stacks - yes, here - no. It is not in the 4-bet bluff range (assuming the villain 3-bet bluffs, otherwise just fold) because you don't have any blockers. If you insist on 4-bet bluffing, then fold to his push. And, make the 4-bet a little smaller so you don't think you magically somehow DO have the odds versus a range containing an AK or two.

Yeah, you are looking at wrong stats and you do not have enough situations to judge.
Look at the 3B vs UTG and fold to 4 bet.
44 is not ok for 4 bet bluffing and not ok for calling his 3 bet. Not enough potential, not enough playability.

I was thinking that tight/nit people look allot at the bet amount to decide opp hand strenght. That is why i generally make the 4bets largish... some say it is not correect and i tend to agree most of the times even though i dont do it.

This is just spew :( He's faced an open raise while he was on the button 6 times and 3bet once so you decide to 4bet your 44...

I will give some advice that you should just completely avoid playing like this - trust me, you will not make any profit even when you do do this. On nl5 there are more important things to work on than your bluff 4bet-sigh-call-for-odds range against people who might be 3betting you light. For example you can work on your CC range in that spot - that will be more important than a 4bet-bluff range. It is seriously not important on nl5 without a solid solid sample. So why don't you paste some ranges for CCing here rather than ask for them?

You do not need to play like this to beat nl5 (or even nl25 - can't speak for nl50 but at a guess you also don't need this sort of stuff) and it is as simple as that. You can fold >67% to 3bets on nl5 and still print. You can also have 0% 4bet bluff range and still print money. In fact I would even guess that this is better than 4bet bluffing and getting into messed up situations that get very very expensive.

Thanks, good idea to figure out my CC range in that spot!

What do you think about this CC range ?

What I mean is that if you decide to bluff, then don't make the pot so large that you feel committed to calling if he shoves. It's better to 4-bet-bluff-shove yourself. (But 4-bet bluffs have little value at the micros as the others say too.)

Do you seriously think he knows you open raise 12.22% from UTG and therefore decides to calculate that he should 3bet 3% vs that? Also, how did you get this 3% in the first place? And since your fold vs 3bet is 60% do you think he knows this and defines his correct v:b ratio? I think we both know the answer. But maybe you think because you have no further information to go on you should just default-assume he knows this? No, because you do have information - you are playing on nl5 and the majority of the field are either weaktight regs who become postflop stations or fish who have massive leaks. How do we adjust if he is an aggressive regular who knows his business? Not by 4bet/calling 44 from UTG

Just dig around the forums and you will see that others have done all of this work for you about default ranges. Take those and use them tonight and make solid adjustments from those. As I said there is MUCH more important shit to focus on than GTO range construction. For example your thought process tells it all, "i wandered what he has and called... was thinking AK and i got lucky this time". Actually here's a tip: if you have some sort of information (not necessarily stats, I mean quality information) on someone, try and think how to exploit that. I'm wondering what your thoughts are about this: assuming this guy is 3betting you light, what is your adjustment and why?

Adjustment is tighten up , 4bet bluff half the time he 3bets and expand my 4bet value range to AQ,JJ+
expand my calling range to AJ, KQ, TT, 99

also there is other trick i use that didnt work too well.... i call preflop, let him bet and shove most flops.

Yeah tightening up is of course good, so is moving table and so is adding a 4bet-bluff range. If you have a 4bet bluff range you must make your sizing smaller, probably about 2.2-2.3 x the 3bet unless you are BU vs blinds and minraise and face a small 3bet, then you can go to ~ 18bb otherwise ppl might start getting ideas. Not sure exactly where you pulled the 50% frequency from though, doesn't sound like a great plan. If you want to get theoretical about it you have to assume your opponent's strategy I think which is a bad idea. Just start adding 4bet bluffs with hands that have blockers. Regarding the range, are you saying you will 4bet/call with AQ and JJ? If you think he 3bets you light, what exactly do you think he will jam with over your 4bet?

Why might calling and x/jamming flop be bad against a light 3bettor?

I did it multiple times as i read about it in this book but i tend to over do it.

I actually have problems with the right amount of aggression... i was too aggressive and now i am not nitty enough postflop. Will find the right formula soon.

Better find the formula on the lower limits as it is cheaper.
