Hero (SB): $17.55 (109.7 bb)
BB: $35.84 (224 bb)
UTG: $7.62 (47.6 bb)
MP: $16 (100 bb)
CO: $16 (100 bb)
BTN: $22 (137.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A K
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.40, CO calls $0.40, BTN folds, Hero raises to $1.84, 2 folds, CO calls $1.44

Flop: ($4.24) Q 3 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $2.08, CO calls $2.08

Turn: ($8.40) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $4.01, Hero calls $4.01

River: ($16.42) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $9.62, CO calls $8.07 and is all-in

Preflop: Decided to squeeze. I think that sizing could be a bit bigger.

Flop: Decided to cbet with two overs and BDFD. The size was 1/2, but the rake is taken here for some reason.

Turn: I think I don't have fold equity on that card, but I think that I should barrel it because I hit my FD. Not sure how to react if he raises, so I decided to check/call.

River: Hit the nuts, so betting for value.

As played, and I think there's nothing wrong with betting half pot size on that flop. After all, you want the bluff cbets you make in that position to be cheap, and he wouldn't call with anything you beat if you had AQ and raised much higher either.

Board is dry, you have AQ, KQ, QJ in your squeeze range, so c betting is ok.
