in a multiway pot like this, I guess I just call flop and turn.

The equity of your hand is not that big because of the two 9 on the board:

- Just counting cards, the probability that someone holds a 9 here is around 25% (and then your equity drops to 30%).
- The remaining 75% of the time, you have 50% equity against a PP (a likely holding in this limp festival)

And there is not that much money (due the min raise PF) in the pot to justify going broke here in these conditions, neither on the flop, nor on the turn IMO.

Prflop I like to raise to not be in a multiway pot. If he comes over the top, you can safely fold.
