Result at NL5= +21$
Played 30min at NL25 because i wanted to win faster as i was very lazy
i should do good at nl25 as i feel i am too good for NL5, even though i am not consistent.
I have learned poker most of the day though, and seem to like learning more than playing.
Want to be consistent at NL5 before moving up, even though i think about myself that i have a lot of knowledge.
0: If you have other priorities like work, family then don't spew your time with poker. Do one thing and do it good. When you have sorted out your other areas, there will come a period when you put poker as first priority. If now is not the time then forget it.
1:First thing to do is create a habbit of playing. This is time consuming and frustrating but if you are serious then this is it.
2: Play one or 2 tables ,make sure you have a fish to your left 1-2 seats next to you and Focus on just one player.
3: Learn ranges - check out w34z3l's 6max walktrough and download the ranges into your equilab. Read my how to in this post.
3':in forums create cold calling ranges for hand evalution for practice. Also 3bet ranges
4: Read and memorize how to adjust your ranges, you need to constantly modify them. Check out my blog.
5: Exploit opponents simple stats. Check out my blog.
6: Next step is that you will begin to notice why your session went bad... because of variance or because of your mistakes.
7: Begin multitabling with the learned ranges. The trick is to put money in mostly when you have a bit of SD equity.
8: Next step is to move poker out of your first priority and get back into living. Still play poker but not with learning as primary objective as you already learned in previous steps. Play to win or to have fun.
The alternative is to move up in stakes , restart all over and create new habits, learn new things.

First session i got fish-like stats by limping instead of raising. VPIP>45 , PFR<10
It worked a bit but i started bluffing river big like a fish and sometimes i raised out of a habbit. Made 2$
Second session i began multitabling which i am working on as i will be really good at multitabling.

Today i crushed 4 table, no table selection. Did not play fancy unless i spotted a reason.
If i didn't know how to play i choose to give up on flop, or to attack a check or make a big Cbet (a fraction smaller than pot size, in order to make things binary.)

Solution:
Use the generic optimal strategy that guarantees that you will perform reasonably well vs strong opponents and it's a reasonable default way to play vs unknowns. (the optimal strategy is in the book)

Multitabling NL5 report says that i should play max 3-4 tables.(2+1 for table selection or 3+1)
playing maximum 4 tables(36822 hands) - WinRate 10.82 bb/100h
playing maximum 3 tables( 7492 hands) - WinRate 14.45 bb/100h
playing maximum 2 tables( 5726 hands) - WinRate 9.20 bb/100h
Sidenote: Also took a look at NL5 opponents and on average they Fold to 3bet = 45%.
This is good to remember when playing VS unknowns to construct 3bet ranges bluff vs value ratio(45% vs 55%).

Thanks , i just hope it will last a few years because it was a big investment for me, but neccessary for poker.

Congratulations on your progress. Are you considering taking shots at $10NL when your bankroll is at $200? For example, playing $10NL with all money over $200 and $5NL with all money over e.g. $215 BR - 1 table of $10NL, rest $5NL?
Also, arround 40K hands on the homepage your play seemed to reduce in variance, did you adjust your game in anyway? I am interested to see if you did because for the next 20K hands the swings your were facing were no where near as your first 30k hands.
Also, how are you organising learning and improving your game vs playing?
