i see, thanks
Hi,
Suddenly once trying to start the software nothing happens. What could be the problem? I verified my Java, no out-of-date versions were found, Im running version 8 update 40.
The most common source of problems is mixing 32bit<->64bit architectures of Java runtime and HRC. Please make sure that HRC and your Java Runtime use the same architecture, both 32bit or 64bit, not mixed.
You can manually install the missing Java Runtime from here:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html
Use either the jre-8u40-windows-i586.exe (32 bit) or jre-8u40-windows-x64.exe (64 bit). Alternatively you can switch the HRC version from 32bit<->64bit.
Let me know if you still have troubles.
Thanks for the solution. It works now.
But now it doesn't recognize my hands when I try to paste from clipboard (copied from HM2). I recently started to play on 888 but as far as I know it is supported by HRC. I could send you some HH's?
edit: I tried to paste a hand from other site I normally use (PKR) and it doesn't recognize it either (no valid hand-history found) Maybe something went wrong once I reinstalled HRC and Java?
Please try to activate the Beta version, we have some 888 fixes in there:

PKR is also only supported in the Beta atm.
Hello,
I have been experiencing some issues with HRC recently. In particular when I try to make a Basic hand analysis after I copy all the stack sizes and run the calculation there appears an error window : Problem Occurred 'Basic Hand Setup' has encountered a problem. An internal error occurred during "Basic Hand Setup". I am allowed to press OK and Details. In details there is written: An internal error occurred during: "Basic Hand Setup".
Frequency out of limit: -0.0012757906199341472
Is it a known issue and how can I fix it? *I am using the beta version.
Not a known issue, but looks like a bug in the beta version. Can you please send me the exact hand setup you used (stacks/blinds etc) to support@holdemresources.net, ideally attach a screenshot of the Basic Hand Setup dialog.
Thanks!
Here is a hand that shows this example - When I paste this hand in the calculator the stacks are:
1955 - BU
1095 - SB
4450 - BB
I can't reproduce any issue with these stacks. Can you please send me the complete setup?
Hi.
Is it real to edit reraise sizings? In advanced hand we can set only 1 reraize sizing and it will be used for 3bet, 4bet, etc.

But what if I want to use different sizings for 3bet and 4bet?

Is it real? Maybe someday?
Thank you.
At the moment there is only 1 sizing possible for 3+ bets. Will be possible in the future though.
When i started the Calculator i recieve this message :
Does somebody know why is that happening ?

Sorry for the late reply-

Yes that was the problem.

Thanks for the answer. I have made it right.

Is there any problem with HC? I haven't been able to import hands for several days now. Haven't changed anything wtih my computer setup or anything else. When I import file it imports it but doesn't show any hands.
Could you please help me fix the problem?
What site are you trying to import?
As mentioned directly above, the Beta contains a few updates for parsers, please give that a try first. If that does not help, please send me a few example HHs to support@holdemresources.net so we can get them supported asap.

Hi, I have a similar problem and i believe i do have the same issue with having multiple java's in my system.
I am currently using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Appreciate if you can guide me in minor details on how to remove my current java completely and which one to install, and is it the latest java? the 8 one?
Thx
