I am the effective stack in this hand at 117 bigs, on the turn I appear to have a lock on the hand but villain will have some equity against me, holding a Q with any AKJT in his hand is likely enough as well as the potential for other cards to out house me. If he has a flush draw he is drawing dead to it and therfore I am up against at most 12 clean outs to the better full house so is 3:1 on the turn. Do I just bet half pot here? Is that enough to keep him in and print me money?

Looking back I should have folded preflop I think as 55 just doesn't play well unless, like in this case, you hit a set.

What are your opinions? Flat flop, raise flop? Lets'a get the ball rolling haha

Than I will bump this one as well :f_wink:

I would fold pre-flop. I don’t think this hand will play well post-flop.
As played I would play it the same way as PLO fish :f_cool:

Hi,

i think you should fold pre. The hand is too weak and while a skilled postflop player can make it +EV, the big majority of micro players can't so just fold.

Turn it makes little sense to jam. You should be small, keep the FD's in. If he has a Q he will often just ship on a small bet, and even if he just calls you will still be good on most rivers.

Regards,

Skod

Yeh I figured, I don't think I ever check behind and let a Qx hand peel off a full house but I think 1/3rd, 1/4pot would be sufficient to keep draws in and enduce queens. I instantly regretted the sizing on the turn after I did it.
