Hola chicas! yesterday I didnt post as I had the worst EV wise sess since may (best $$ wise thou xd) and I think ive stopped playing profitably around 250th game, and just decided to rage quit and play CS:GO (if any1 is up for some late night arms race skype action him me up!) and empty couple bottles of cyder instead of writing about it

Today pretty nice sess, 368 games in, great focus, even thou at the end hours i've watched some of the comedy finest (GOGOGO Louis CK!), as I write this Im sweating my balls off as by delicate suggestion of my GF i've started incorporating to my daily routine this menace to every nerd:

Its pretty fun tbh, so its the first day of THE7, keep the count with me. Seems to be a good set if you dont want to go to the gym, surprised Ive managed to do it all and almost puke only twice.

Next few day im gonna push some hours into working on my game as Im not entirely happy with my play specially under 10bbs. Learned a bit about this week but still a ton of spots im guessing. Good Thursday! After awesome coaching with Baku and guys, fresh to play! yesterdays session was really difficult for me because all random **** stopped working, 3 internet networks at once, electricity for 15 minutes, my phone, software etc also run quite poor and played b/c game - managed to put the volume in and get slight profit after RB.

considering what day it was and how painful grinding it was, im quite happy today with it, obv a ton of spots could have been played better, some calls where too loose, but you have to grind through it

Goood Friday you magnificent bastards! I am already done with volume pushed yesterday 550 games before falling asleep on my keyboard, today Ive pushed last 57 and about to go for dinner probably gonna push some more during night to get those missing hours from trip to Greece (10 more days YAAAY).

Session was quite smooth, I kinda play more relaxed when I know Im gonna play those monster sessions, Im in much less rush then when I try pushing standard 303 somehow. Just chilling with music for 17h, great run from second half of session - got some insightful tips about a hand from saintanna023 which helped me put back on my thinking hat and zone in for last 300 games!;) Cheers!

Hey mate! Following your blog with joy, even though I don't play Spins. How long does it take you for your daily 303? Do you make them in one block or do you take breaks inbetween? Do you use any stoploss, do you even look at the results before you finish the daily goal?

I'm trying to find how muchi should grind myself, what volume/in what way, so hearing from you will be super beneficial! I play Zoom cash, not sure whichis more 'mindset' demanding...probably spins...

Hi Mjq! around 9h of playing I do takes breaks so it takes between 11-13h, I also analyze a bit/participate in coachings. in breaks I leave pc, take a nap, meditate, cook etc. No stoploss, $ swings don't matter much. I do look at ev before finishing, coz Im curious and I find it less disruptive then trying to not be curious. (you cant just "stop thinking about pink elephant")

this is highly personal question (how much u should play) - I recommend sport psychologists, since first month im having these sessions, Ive practically doubled my work hours per month and have way better confidence about my game. He will help you figure out what goals and what volume you can/should put in, obv you can figure it out yourself but i believe its cheaper with some 3rd party help.

i have played zoom cash for 2 years before ♦ was building my br there till nl100, then moved to cap. Its hard to say which are more demanding mindset wise as both games put a bit different pressure.

in spins/hu you rarely make a huuuuge mistake, its much more strategic and "math" game, but requires a lot of humility at times and its harder on ego (you battle ONE on ONE) whereas in cash 100bb+ some random spazz can cost you good few hours of gameplay and single big pots matter much heavier but you don't have as heavy ego wars as in HU. (on zoom you are rarely loosing 10 pots in a row to one guy - thing that happens "relatively" often in HU).

So its hard to say which is easier, for me spins seem easier because I am over rolled, much better compared to the field than i was when I played zoom and have way more solid mindset and played 2k hours more.

its more that the turn is a perfect card for his value XR from flop to barrel, when he checks the turn we have best hand a lot, 7 on river makes 97 even less likely as he will just call it on flop a lot and now less combos are around. anyway we need only 22% to b/e when calling and he has all str8, fd combos to change to a bluff

that was the plan, call is ok if you have sample/reeds he will play his draws like this and you seen him trap with 2p+

nothing dumb in asking, 2 is great for his QX to bet because it doesn't limit strongly my Xr call, turn call range and is a card that doesnt complete draws,

one could argue that he will check some value there to balance/protect his missed draws that want cheap river but its a bit far fetched and ppl dont play like this often

from literature I cant help you much as most books get outdated in poker. play a lot and talk with good players and do work in ranges by yourself

Click clack clock DONE WITH JULY! Good Friday amigos! Im super excited about introduction of 100s, gonna plan in next few days how my grind's gonna look like, but most probably Ill play less games daily and focus more on learning, at least for a few weeks/months. Also I made a promise to learn Spanish and exercise more when stars introduce 100s soooo I guess i get few extra activities to push in the week ♦ (i thought Im freerolling with this promise xd)

Volume wise and work hours wise this might have been the most active month in my career. Adding to this the fact i run this blog, around 20h of coachings and learning hours I have worked over 230hours this month, not counting breaks during playing! (sick!)

I have played a total of 6994 games! at 1,4% ev roi and got 15k in EV post rb!

Also today I broke another milestone of getting my very first 1kk vpp, granting me this cool red shield!

Im happy with my work ethics this month, run in the second half of month was really difficult and there were many sessions where I wanted to just rage quit, fuckthisshit let me play some cs:go and watch series while stuffing my face with pizza and chocolate buuuuuut Ive managed to pull through, calm my self down and on most days I won with myself and finished those 303 beautiful fucking games. Got the volume I wanted to get, learned shit load, we all got 100s!♦ and my EV aint that bed right? so all in all I like this month. due to trip to Greece from Wednesday I am gonna grind this Sunday so watch out
