Hi

inspired by a german player who started a contest where you can win a free coaching by a diamond, I will do the same here.

Firt there are a few precondition:
- you play SSS on low Limits (NL25 up to NL100)
- you are an origin english speaker
- you have a headset and Skype (Freeware)
- you have Teamview (Freeware)

Now you can post here, why you want to be coached by me.
After a few days, I will anounce the lucky one.
Then you can decide what kind of coaching you want. And we will trying to find a date for the coaching.

Now be a bit creative.

Of course there a some bonuses that can increase your win...
Perhaps you are female, have a nice picture, living next door to me ;) <= thats not a requirement

Someone will already noticed it, I am not an origin english speaker, so I hope I will improve a little my english skills during this coaching. Perhaps I will do some more of it.

edit: perhaps I should stop this aktion on the 24th of December or after 2 Sites are full. But no doppel posts. I have to think about it.

Standard lol

Nice idea from you but I think there are many other good English speaking players who don't originate from England.

nice idea! You guys should make use of that.

I would apply but i am not:
- you are an origin english speaker

and also not female(at least last time i checked which was right now for justin case ).

allizdoR this is a very good idea and you must receive a very big gift by Santa.

I hope your coaching help to improve the game of someone and to be joyful for both of you.

Best wishes,

last call...

or do you think I am to bad to coach you?
One important think to became a profitable pokerplayer is to watch sometimes into the forum ;)

I think the problem is the native english speaking.. I would apply if the requirement was just to speak english fluently/well :P

Yes. This is very high bar to reach. If you can consider changing from "native speaker" to "speaking good english" I think you will have more action

this is the english forum ;)
there must be some enlish SSSler
I just want to improve my english and the best is to speak to an origin english speaker.

But Ok.
what Limits you play, which Site and I take one of you guys.

NL50, Mansion poker

But of course I sure that there are some english speaker around here.
The best way to do this imo is to make a message on some of the live coachings. Most of the time there are alot of peoples there...

allizdoR what limit are you playing right now?

mainly NL400
sometimes NL1k but its hard to find enough tables there. ;)
Perhaps I will try SH sometimes, there are more tables.

SSS SH will be very brutal for you BR imo.
You can try SSS Omaha. The strategy is a little bit more easy (on the same limits) and the players are a lot more loose (and bad)

yes its very swingy. more then FR and I already had swings about 100 Stacks in FR or a view 100$ .

Me to . This is way I'm back to NL50
But this is part of the game. Take it or leave it.

Can you tell me how you are going to adjust to SH tables.
We can talk about strategy for SH SSS if you want in the forum. I'm very interested in new way to expand my play. I'm currently trying to adjust the SSS FR Omaha approach to micro and small stakes and to use my own experience in NL SSS in Omaha.

I am not sure, what to do on SH tables...

The first think would be to have a big samplesize of your Villians, to see how they generally play SH.
Normally SH should be looser and moore agressive, so you 3-bet more.
Postflop you have to go a bit lighter broke. Thats all ;) I hope.

But 100 Stacks are a lot of NL100. That mostly not only a swing.

I'm up for some free coaching. I fit the English speaking bill, being from Canada. I play NL50 on FT and Mansion. I wll have a BR of about $300 after the holidays as my poker earnings are paying for the family trip to Disney World next week.

I would like to learn more about stealing and restealing at NL50 and would like to move up to NL100.

If you are a good database guru, I am also looking at setting up Elephant to run with the same db as holdem manager.

Please let me know.
