@unshpe: Thanks mate!, training, eating clean, and incoporating good habits. Is not about ‘doing a diet’ for a few weeks, it is about a lifestyle that provides balanced eating with adequate physical activity and sufficient rest. As a result you look better and you feel better of course!. The first pic it's in 2009, the last one of 2015.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

June was the month I played the most HU hands in my life, however nowadays it seems like a small quantity to me.

One of my biggest problems this month was the villain selection, I'm already aware of the things I need to fix. Another thing I need to improve is the time management, I must be more efficient, I'll start to implement some good habits like planning my days with anticipation, I'll schedule in a specific way all the homeworks and working hours and respect them strictly, wake up/going to sleep all days at the same time to regulate and maintain my circadian rhythm and trying to eat at the same hours everyday.

Yesterday I felt kinda bad, because this aren't the results I expected for this month, but I know it's all part of one process and I also feel how each passing day I'm a better player than the day before.

Today I know that good times are comming gentlemens!, I can feel it.

GL to all!

Yesterday was the day I lost the most (-600 EUR, I hitted the stop loss), and this week ends as the worse since I started. I have to say that to the end of the session I entered in a tilt tunel from where I couldn't get out, the anger with myself was burning me from inside.

I need to get back my confidence, I feel bad, I'm giving my best and not accomplish my expectations is frustrating to the point that hurts. My bank shrinks increasingly (because of losses and the cashouts to live) and the bills keep coming, and must be paid.

I feel emptiness and listless, and I can't get rid of these awful feelings. What I can do and I'll do it's to keep my head up, don't doubt, don't stop, don't lament and keep going.

Keep your chin up! Good luck at the tables going forwards. Remember that this is just the start which often times is the hardest part. Judging by this blog I'm sure you'll reach your goals.

@stripofbacon: thanks a lot for the encouragement words mate!!. As said in Rocky VI: "it is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much can you take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!!"

--------------------------

I needed this so fucking badly, after my worst session, and two days off working with database and letting my head cold down a little bit. I had my best session since I started:

(There are €100 more I won on a non tracked site)

Okey gentlemens, last week was my best since I started:
(last week's youtube video)

And this week is going great so far, and I must say that feels good, so fucking good!. I have been working on various errors on my game and on my mindset (mostly tilt related) with positive results.

I'll keep working as I did to keep the things this way and better.

Have a great weekend!

This week started pretty bad: monday I fucked it up and ended almost -1k Euro. Now, how could this be possible if my stop loss is 600 Eur?, well, almost all the losses were on a non tracked room, I was following theses losses mentally (BIG MISTAKE) and when I already hit the SL (without being aware of this) some coolers and bad hands aggravated the situation really badly, by the time I left the tables was too late.

For now on I'll write the initial bank on non tracked rooms before start the session, and if I suspect I can be close to the stop loss I'll check it before keep playing.

Anyways seems like this month gonna be average in results, but I know.. I really know that I’ll start win big soon

This week is quite quiet so far, slightly winner, without many swings.

I have been experiencing lag when I open all the rooms + Pokertracker since a while, so today I'll install a new SSD disk (a lot more faster than conventional magnetic disks) hoping that then the programs run like a Boeing 747 inside another Boeing 747. I'll tell you later how this improvement goes!

What a paradox!, when I feel that my game has improved as never, is when I have the worse run. And mostly on my highest limit (NL200).

This should be my best month in winnings, but is the worst one at the moment. Graph in BBs for august so far:

I know it's a matter of time and of playing more and more hands, but it's hard not to feel myself kinda bad. Today was one of the worst sessions of the month and I had to leave it earlier because of tilt (I couldn't think clearly).

Tomorrow will be another day, TIME TO PUSH HARDER, TIME TO KEEP GOING

End of the August, one month where I ran dreadful, and where things weren't good on earnings (practically break-even) but one month where I have learnt an important lesson: to use the adversity to my favor, to take advantage of those moments where everything seems to go wrong to become stronger and tough mentally.

August's graph in BB, appears as positive because I won in my lowest limits, but I have lost quite in me highest limit (NL200).

Well gentlemens, the first week of september started running somewhat bad, with the winnings practically in 0. I started to think that may be I was making a lot of mistakes, but after reviewing the sessions and analyzing hands I could see that was mostly variance.

Yesterday, things changed abruptly: I had my best session since I started with 1.1k Euro in winnings, and I must say guys, that there's no words that could describe how I felt at the end of the session, because I know I deserve it, I know that was matter of time and I knew that this went to happen!!.
Time to move forward, keep growing and keep learning. We're one step closer.

Another week passes, and with good results with approximately 1k in winnings.

Things are going good, mostly about productivity. One of the things more difficult to me was to go to sleep and wake me up early, I had the schedule completely displaced, sometimes I could go to sleep at 7am on Tuesday (after grind all the night) and wake me up at 5pm the Wednesday, this was something habitual to me.

Since about 2 months my days start at 8:30 - 9 am and I can really notice how the day yields more, you start it with better energy, the sleep quality is much better and therefore you can do the things better and more efficiently during waking hours. I'm not a "noctambulant" as I used to think

Last week was almost break-even, I won in all the rooms with the exception of one, in which I lost the majority of the winnings because of a bad run + I had some issues with the villain selection: I have played against some players with fishy stats, but they actually weren't fishs. I didn't realize it until the posterior analysis of the session.

Let's see how this new week goes!

"Life happens. You can unexpectedly lose your job, where you have been giving your all. A relationship can end that you have poured yourself into. You or your loved one can get news that is serious concerning your health. If you let them, any of these things can take you out of this journey of life.
The first thing to do is stand up within yourself. You have the power to overcome anything that you have been facing, to grow through these challenges rather than go through them. You will be stronger on the other side. God is on your side. Do not surrender. Draw the line. You have something special. You have GREATNESS within you!"

September has come to an end, and it was my best month in winnings with a profit of 3500 Eur (post rakeback). However, I can do it better!, the magic number es 10k in one month, a limit that I must attain.

I started with the habit of writing at the end of each day the things I can do better to be more efficient, optimize the way I do my activities, and to make the most of my mistakes ("win or learn, NEVER LOSE"). Whether about poker, training or the way I make the breakfast. There's always a ways to improve what we usually do to reach our goals and selfimprove faster, and creativity plays an important role on this process.
