I would just call flop. If we raise we basically turning our good hand to bluff. And after 3bet it would be a clear fold imo.

As played - problem is that people don´t 3barel bluff so often. On the other side after you call F and T you look at some one pair hand or missed FD so he has nice spot to bluff. Also his F and T sizing looks more as a draw or marginal SD value so call R is probably OK.

Do you 3bet JJ for value preflop to CO raise!?

Personally I don´t do it especially on fast tables - not with intention to continue vs 4bet without reads because imo people have very tight stack off ranges - but I now many good regs do it. But still often it is OK to 3bet for value if you believe that he calls you with wide range and 4bet only the hands vs which you can easily fold - I think it´s the case of many player on NL5 zoom.

One of the reasons why I don´t like looser stack offs preflop on micros (calculation is from party poker don´t know exact numbers on pokerstars): if you win 200bb pot, you pay 10 bb on rake even on NL25. But only 3bb on NL100. And you stack off JJ or AK it´s very ofter split with something between 45-55 equity. Of course it can be nice money maker if you know your opponent fold too much vs 3/4/5 bet.

I think with these bet sizes we can call down with our hand.

I call with JJ from BB vs CO. It is too light to 3bet and not ok to stack off.

I also don't think we should raise at any point and I believe that the river is more of a check/folding than check/calling. We need to be good in 27% of cases, and I think that, generally, we won't be. Calling is not terrible or anything, of course.

ok so I am 3betting JJ+ as default as I don't normally call SB but maybe it's better

as played should be fine although I would be tempted to fold the river vs unknown and expect him to show KK,AA,KQd, KQh, KJh/d etc alot and not be bluffing enough with busted draws which we also block JT abit

KQ/KJ with 1 heart are not betting that way at all.

KQs/KJs are possible.

It´s true that I was probably leveling myself in first post. On NL5 OTR fold will be probably better because people won´t probably bluff 3 streets so often.
