I would just call, raise would be pretty thin valuebet.

Do you not feel like 222, 777 could dump off chips in this spot. How often does opponent have a Q2, Q7, Q9 hand. Q7 I can see more combos of but Q2 seems rare.
Is the call purely just in case, because you feel 222, 777 fold to a shove and I only get called by Q2,Q7,Q9, QQ combos.

I might check it with PJ at some point (when I have time) but the strict number of combinations in his range is not the truth, as I feel he would raise 99,77 often on the flop or turn.
