That's pretty tragic. I'd really like to see more stud/draw/hi-lo content on PS.
And I'd like to see more players at the tables. In the heydays, (at the real Full Tilt) there was plenty of action at all limits. Now there are ten Chinese guys sitting (alone) at 50 tables at Stars.
The lack of players is kind of strange because these games, especially Stud High, are pretty difficult, and should pay off well for skilled players.
Edit: One reason is probably that the rakeback slaves of today feel that they must play 24 tables to be real respected players. Well, try that with Stud ...

The cheating on Stars is really well known. I think that is why most decent players stay clear. Stars has tried various methods to stem the cheating over the last decade, but after BF they just kind of gave up, and went back to letting more than one Chinese player sit at each Stud table![]()
I din't necessarily mean that cheating is going on. I have no idea really. It is just a fact that the landscape looks kind of like, ..., like a wasteland that bothers me.

I thought you must be mistaken, but I went and looked at the high stakes stud tables on stars, and yes, they're all Chinese! Crazy stuff.
Well if Stars would do anything about the Chinese possibly colluding*, probably more people would play Stud.
*no evidence, but heard a couple of opinions from top players on this
Hello there. I want to learn 7card stud hi and wondered if there is A) any section of hand analysy or hand discussion to find. Cause i did not find any hand discussion thread. I also asked myself B) if there is any tool like an eqziry calculator to reevaluate a session afterwards on the basis of given information. Can anyone help me here?
Hello Sulfrin
You can post you’re 7th Cards stud hands in the Other Poker variants section. There aren’t enough hands of this format to make a whole discussion section for this.
I expect this is clear enough, but if you have more questions don’t hesitate to ask them.
Best regards,
