Should i bet pot + some to make them fold? What the heck. I was scared for being behind on the turn. but fortunately they had not so good cards.

I would bet/call turn, but I´d bet out a little more 3$.
That is enough to shove river.

Sorry for moving this to the top, but i have question. As played, would it be very bad solution to bet/fold on the turn?

yes
for 2 reasons
the board is very dry and its unlikely somebody has ahand that beats u
no obvious 2 pairs so actually only a set beats u but looking at the flop action that's rather unlikely

if u bet/fold u're burning money, u invested too much to fold after betting with a hand like this :)
