If I'm not missing anything, standard play here is push with QQ pre-flop.

Raise, if re-raised always push with QQ pre-flop.

You have decreased stack and loads of dead money, so you have easiest push in the world.

I never fold queens after I raised, unless I have a reliable read villain will raise me KK+.

After a raise u always go in with these hands: AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AK.
U only fold QQ after a raise + reraise.

No if you see a raise and a 3bet in front of you
