How do you guys like this line? Villain was a terrible player; but I had no idea of his range here.

how do you define terrible? if villain is not too passive the SB-limp is weakness and you can push! The flop play is ok. I can't fold TP in that situation!

notes I made on this player:

limp/pushed preflop AQo from the SB
coldcalls QQ preflop IP
Openlimps loose, all kind of junk in the early stages. He also did this at the higher blindlevels.

He also called a few pushes with crap hands, and his postflop skills were poor.

edit: those first two notes where things I saw him do only once. I still make a note of those plays, because it might reveal an overall tendency. I think this is only the 2nd sng I played him.

Hmm... I don't know this limit very well, but on my limit I have seen weak players doing it with monsters (KK,AA). They limp and wait for a raise to push. His flop play also suits to it.
But if you haven't seen moves like this before, I like your play.

With your reads I probably play check/call on the flop because the reraise puts you in a situation where you have to push or fold and folding TP SUCKS... and reevaluate on the turn...

Yea that's what I was afraid of... I typed "must be AA" before I shoved it. Would be a typical donk line. Although I thought his range would be alot bigger then AA, and he would pay me off with a good part of it.

Hi all,

Shove preflop! Basically with your reads or vs unknown I don't mind a push here after his minraise. Smells like a draw, looks like a draw, hope that it's a draw!

With these reads I don't really see why we should shove Q9o... It doesn't have a great equity against a loose player... With these reads he can limp a decent hands and a monster... and can call a shove with wide variant of hands so I don't see a reason to shove Q9o when opponent could hold a monster and we don't really have that much of a fold equity...

missing something here?

agree. Villain saw me shove loose throughout the entire tournament, so I dont think I have enough FE here against a no-brain opponent :)

You're right, given these notes:

limp/pushed preflop AQo from the SB
coldcalls QQ preflop IP
Openlimps loose, all kind of junk in the early stages. He also did this at the higher blindlevels.

I would also check this preflop.
