Here in Romania we are very satisfied with our defense. However, it has a lot of experience against teams like Greece and Hungary, but not against the big guns. The offense is the real problem here

At least try to be objective, both teams played dirty as tensions were high. I just don't know why the Ukrainian players were so nervous when they had the lead, they were nervous even in the first game. And Seleznyov is Ukranian Pepe, when he hits people there is no foul and when someone touches him he drops to the ground like the best of them. All in all well deserved qualification by the Ukranian team, you were much better if we look at both games. But in the Euro your team will have to be much more composed and not let emotions get in their way so much.
And our coach's response when asked if he considers this a failure or not: "You will know best, you journalists will tell". What a freaking tool and he's going to lead us in the qualification for the next World Cup too, can't wait. And our goalkeeper Handanovic supposedly retired from the national team, he is only 31 years old though. But we have probably a better keeper behind him with Oblak. So at least there won't be any problems if every other positions is f...ed.
Don't know for whom I'll be cheering in the Euro because our team didn't make it and my favorite team the Dutch also didn't qualify. Maybe England.

I agree that both teams played nerviously but the dirty play was from the one side. Hustles, bumps on the sly - hard to deny the fact. You're talking about Seleznyov but try to remember how Slovenia players hit by their elbows.
Anyway I wish your team good luck in future and hope Handanovic will change his mind.

Pretty tough group for Croatia, but I believe we have a great opportunity with one of the best midfield line in the world (Modrić, Kovačić, Rakitić) and other great players like Mandžukić and Perišić along with future stars like Halilović and Pjaca, and a bunch of very very good players (Lovren, Srna, Vida, Kalinić...).
For me it's unbelievable that such a small country like Croatia (4,2 milion people) even participate in almost every big competition. Always when I think that we have the last good generation, we somehow manage to produce another one. Also when Modrić and company retire, one of the best Croatian generation is ready to come. The world will probably hear about players like mentioned Halilović and Pjaca, Pašalić, Lovre Kalinić, Ćorić, Vlašić, Jedvaj, Rog, Balić, and even younger like Brekalo and Moro. Proud to be Croat! Go Croatia!

If we don't qualify for this group, we are stupid.

I know what you mean, but I think that guy is a very good player. Wouldn't play in Liverpool if he isn't, that's for sure. He plays some matches like a world class, but sometimes makes so stupid mistakes that he break all good he had done. I believe his problem is psychological. Knowing him from croatian media, he also isn't the smartest guy in the world. ♦
Wasn't pleased watching England and Wales matched together. It's always like that!
