I notice you can also upload your document via https://www.safe-cashier.com/Logon.aspx and it also tells u your balance on there and told me I need to varify. I sent verifcication via email over 72 hours ago but have also now uploaded my birth certificate and bank statement via the safe-cashier link, hopefully it might speed it up that way? is taking forever 
I rang up aswel, they said to ring them back tomorrow if no email as the 72 hours is different on there system or something 72 hours would be tomorrow they said on there system.

Sort it out soon? mine was disabled not long after 6am monday morning in wich sent ID etc to the operations team to get automated message back saying they would be intouch and now it is friday morning and guess what still no email from them. Frustrated does not even begin the explain how I am feeling about the situation now and there lack customer service skills are clearly disgusting. I gather I will once again have to ring them in an hour to get another excuse chucked at me.

Ok, I have found message in Spam. I uploaded my passport photo to online cashier with note that my residental address(as asked in registration form) is not same as one in the passport. Looking forward to finish this odyssey finally.
