For me, it's Phil Gordon's Little Green Book, and Little Blue Book. At the time when I first read them, they helped improve my game a lot.

The Education of a Modern Poker Player, for sure
this year I gonna read a few books on tournaments play + mindset + some math and ICM probably

That's definitely a great book.
This isn’t non poker related stuff I think. So I moved it to the general poker discussion board.
I’m no poker book reader. So I can’t help with that.

For me it's "Polished Poker" by John Anhalt. It's the first book I've read and it helped me to better understand poker. I think it's a good book for beginning. In addition it has a paid workbook with tasks and questions that help to better understand the material.

What do you guys think of "The applications of No-Limit Hold'em" by Matthew Janda?
I liked Baluga whale's Easy Game, but haven't read more than 3 poker books though..
