$0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

SB: $9.90 (99 bb)
Hero (BB): $10 (100 bb)
UTG: $9.39 (93.9 bb)
MP: $16.76 (167.6 bb)
CO: $14.99 (149.9 bb)
BTN: $10.44 (104.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6 A
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.30, SB calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.20

BTN 24/18 with steal from button 30.

SB 22/12 VPIP from sb 26.

Button should have wide range, SB should have weakish range because he did not 3 bet.

We have A blocker so its a nice spot to take the pot down preflop since they both have so wide and weak ranges? :)

Also if the btn or sb flats with something like JJ or QQ we can still hit our ace. Also we can take the pot down by cbetting the flop even if we miss.

Standard :)

Just watch frequency and fold sometimes here too.

I like the squeeze and the thought process.

Thanks. I know that this is pretty standard hand but I just wanted to make sure that I'm thinking correctly.

Yeah it's a nice spot. I'd prefer a suited ace if I were really nitpicking, but this is fine.

Well played, marsa.
Thats the best kind of hand to do this play, imo. Off suited Ace.
