Tough start, but all I need now is to Spin 1million, very simple ♠_thumbsup:
Nice progress, keep on going ![]()
If i may suggest few things, you should check out Pokerstrategy article section about psychology a lot of great stuff to read.
Remember to take notes while watching videos and reading articles. Its proven to increase amount of information you will keep in your memory, comparing to just watching or reading.
Dont know what is your warm up routine before playing, but it can be very helpful to do your hh review before starting to see your mistakes from previous session and getting mentally ready for task ahead, that way you could increase hours spent reviewing hh as that is one of the most important parts of studying. If you have read Mental Game of Poker by Jared Tendler or watched one of his videos, he talks about 'inch worm', to get better overall is to not only learn new stuff to improve your A game, but also working on your C and D game usually by just watching your own play and your mistakes.
Maybe it helps you, gl.
I appreciate Your time for this long comment, Rufus
You are right that making notes is very powerful tool, which is skipped by many poker players. Personally, I have a paper book and WordDocument, where I summarize the articles and videos. Here is a short fragment of my Virtual book from Psychology sector:
It looks kinda "womanlike" but I just Love colours ♠_pleased:
Usually I was analyzing hands after the play, but after reading Your comment I agree that this work before session would make more sense. Have to try it on my own ♠_cool: And I found the article about "inch worm" which I'm going to read in a minute
ChromeStar status Reached ![]()

Btw, I don't see any difference between Spins $0,25 and $0,5. Probably because of the possible "1 million prize"
Nice, impressive work attitude, keep it up and gratz on ChromeStar. ![]()
Okey, having clue how you do things, i have a question, what do you try to learn or what is in your notes after watching 2h of WSOP videos? ![]()
Mastering the Mental Game Not that it seems you need it too much, but this is useful video to watch once in a while to see if you have areas in your mental game you can improve in.
You will start to see some better players only in 7$ spins and higher, below that it should be pretty much all the same thing.

I must admit that those videos don't make you a better player. But I mentioned in my first posts that I use them as motivation boosters "Work hard & one day You will be there" ♠_grin:. However, there are some good exceptions then Top pros play with hole cards up, which allows you to follow their thinking process. Plus You can catch good advices from Daniel Negreanu, Esfandiari or any other pro who often comes into commentary boot.
The InchWorm concept was new to me, and it makes a lot of sense. I believe the most difficult task is to find those Worst & Best aspects which You should work in order to make that Worm moving. I'm planning to watch that video You posted in a comment, have a feeling that an answer might be there ♠_ugly:
I must admit that those videos don't make you a better player.
I also noticed that in the last weeks that looking to these videos will not do much. Most probably because they play under whole different circumstances (players, dynamics, stakes, etc.). However, it's indeed sometimes fun to look at

I guess Spins went Ok, but didn't see any big Multipliers for a week. I hope they are coming this week in a limit $1.

1. 2 hours Spin Video
2. 2 hours Psychology Video
3. 2 hours WSOP Video
4. 2 hours analyzing hands
5. 2 hours Poker book
6. 2 hours Forum
7. 30 hours Grind
8. Update blog 5 times
