I see this graph
and I wonder if it will be better for me to focus on FR as the SH graph seems an electrocardiogram with that zig-zag line
I know the variance on SH is high due the more erratic actions but when I compare the two graph one seems a smooth music, harmonic and linear while another one seems the cataclysmic made graph ...
... but seems also that the SH is the game and it will eventually be the only cash games available in the future as we see that date already on many rooms where the FR area is a deserter and desolate area!

There are not any harmony between the lines, seems almost some sort of scrambled eggs soup other then some linear and shine surface ...

Back to may game and differences between FR and SH
I notice that the only thing is similar is the red line but I believe its almost due the fact that Im playing NL2-5 and there is not too much to bluff there imo
In fact, I have also notice that when I got a red line that is close to the 0 or in same cases, its also is over the 0 line, I had sessions with many bluffs and steal on the river when I didn't (imo) got villain beat but almost that are also losing sessions, so, my conclusion is
"To do not bluff at micros!" 
when u get a positive redline you will lose too much at showdown so it is not worth it

Felt crap all day, after yesterday I only focus on FR made just over 1/2K and Im not happy! 
If I want with great presumption to make a job out the beautiful game I have to calibrate and adjust days like today where Im physically ill ...
Plus, Im starting thinking about FR with intensity, I got a strong feel about that a format but also SH is the present and represent the future so, Im thinking, above my wish and enjoyments, I have to stick with SH also, for some divine reasons seems that's the Poker's Gods want inspire and encourage me to do it as Im far off above EV while, beside the fact that Im playing well or not (I feel very confident and feels an edge without doubt on FR) Im running under EV on FR even if the total results, in a money way, Im far away as reward and return (before the bonus and rake btw) on FR compare to SH even if I only got less then 100K hands on SH while I have (in total) over 1M hands in FR in all my poker carrier with positive and fairly (imo) return in terms of $!
But, I don't like easy things, (as I always like the most difficult girl in the room despite the ones that will come home with me easily) so ...
I think, I will finally go for the worst (for me) choice and stick with SH even if its clear that FR its more profitable for me and maybe for my style
