if the license agreement is respected ( http://www.pokersnowie.com/eula-pokersnowie.html), including NOT sharing the license with other people, yes you are allowed to run it on two computers, but not at the same time (the system will lock you out if you try to do it).

Hi,
I purchased the HEM2 version (SnowieApp) but it simply isn't loading when I click the SnowieApp tab. The small circular loading symbol just goes around and around - I've let it do this for well over an hour multiple times and still nothing (clicking "refresh" or "resend hands" doesn't help either).
Please let me know how to fix this or refer me to a post/thread that will help.

Hi,
I'm afraid you need to contact HM for this. The SnowieAPP and PokerSnowie are two independent products. Even if bot use the PokerSnowie AI, the SnowieAPP is developed by HM, and therefore you need to ask them any support question.

Hello,
how good/dependable are the pre flop ranges when i use custom betsizes (for example 2.5bb or 3bb openraise instead of 1/2potsize or potsize) ?
i have heard that if i use pre flop custom betsizing snowie ranges aren't as good as usual because snowie played even pre flop the most hands with 1/2 potsize or potsize bets,is that true?

The preflop ranges should be quite robust with regards to changing your own bet sizes slightly. During training, PokerSnowie used also in-between bet sizes, and is therefore very used to 2.5bb or 3bb open raises.

I know I've asked this before but I am extremely curious as to what do you think Snowie's overall aggression frequency is.
Many others apart from myself would be very grateful if an investigation was done to see about this. Snowie's overall approach seems (and I may be wrong about this) to be less aggressive than most players are today, but to instead focus it's strategy more so on defending against bets. It ends up checking back a lot of medium strength made hands that are sometimes more easy to play by cbetting for example. Thus I'm guessing it's overall fold vs bet postflop is <50% (maybe even <40% ?) almost for sure but it would appear that it's frequency of aggression is also very low. I would love if you could confirm this and give a ballpark range of what you might believe it is.

it would be indeed interesting to get this information, which we currently don't have. We would require to run some simulations in order to gather it. On the other hand, in the coming 3-4 months we will update the PokerSnowie AI, and when we will do it, we will also provide a bunch of statistics information about the new one.

usually CAP tables have starting amounts < 50BB, therefore we think it does not make sense to have a CAP table at, for example, 80BB.

Oh well I was just thinking that when you play the challenge table for while you will eventually build up a stack of 200+BBs and then I'm worried that if I look at the evaluation for a certain spot it might be different then what it would be if I was at 100BBs, you know what I mean?
It's a bit nit picky but if you then turn off the table and start a new challenge table it won't start you in the BB, and so your overall results should be theoretically higher if you keep restarting. It's not a huge deal but would it be possible to alter this?
I mean I know in real life when you play a session that's how it happens, you either reload or build up a stack, but I'm just thinking for the sake of training it would be very good for all of your hands to be homogeneous as much as possible so that if it does turn out that Snowie can teach us some things, then those things will be repeated under the same circumstances when you train.
At the very least for example there might be a very common preflop spot or a common "do I cbet the flop?" spot where the answer might be different depending on the effective stack difference. And although it's not like Snowie is the definitive answer to the question, at least for the sake of training it's more likely that you can teach yourself the habits that Snowie has if it's the same answer every time.
Again it's nothing major but just a thought.
