AQ shove?

Weird sizing of this player. Almost 5x, but in the 55c stakes you can expect everything off course.
I think against a unknown I would shove here as well, but if you have info about a bet sizing tell or something it could change my decision here.

The shove looks fine. You have the right sort of stack for it.

Sizing is something that would make me nervous here with AQo. 5x PFR is usually verry strong hand. What hands do you wish that opponent have when he is 5x open and that you beat? I can't imagine many. Another factor that is also very important is if opponent is capable of r/f with 5x open. I siriously doubt about that. So if you put all together, then crying fold is not so bad. If you have read that he is opening always with 5x, then go and shove it. But readless I expect only r/c range when opponent open more than 3,5x in late stage and I expect him to have at most 88+, AJs+, AQo.

On Bounty-Builder tournament is this little bit different and you can expect wider range when opponent 5x. But still it would be very tight range and I don't like 3bet shove here. It is some sort of slow structure and with 20bb you have still enough to get better opportunity.

Overall I would 3bet shove if oppnent is aggro and doing those raises as a default, against unknown I would make crying fold.
