Ax as i figured out that she too checked at the river as their is a chance that she think her opp. has got fullhouse of 4 or 9.

Preflop: Standard or from the BU, though 3x is rather unusual. This brings me to the idea that she had a strong suited A.
Flop: She hits the flop very well with the nut FD and OC so she bets for value. When she got raised, she 3bets small to keep the weaker FD in. Villain calls.
Turn: She improves to TP and there is no need to bet high because a) she still wants smaller FD to call and b) she can still get value from 9x
River: With the 9 coming, any 9 makes a better hand and any FD is busted so it's not worth betting which is why she checks.
Of course aother AsXs hands are equally possible but the 3x open pre may give us the hint 
She has A:s - K:s or A:s - Q:s
Pre-flop. Standard raise on the button as 1st one to play.
Flop. She continuation bets the flop with a flush draw, gets check-raised, slows down and peels a card with her draw and position.
Turn. She hits an Ace and bets small as her hand is now Top-top with a flush draw and doesn't want to lose her customer
River. She checks back as she is afraid her opponent has a 9 by his check-raise on the 9 high flop

Flop cbet is standard in a spot where we want to play a big pot, 4bet on paired board to drive middle pocket pairs out and extract value from weaker flush draw semibluffers.
Turn is a bit of a probe bet to juice the pot, continue taking value from weaker flush draws, and also deliberately priced so that 9x (-A9), 66-TT (-99) can consider calling.
River We missed our draw and the most obvious call-along combo filled up, seriously reducing the number of worse combinations that can still call. Ez big enough pot for TPBK.
