u just need to keep bugging mansion support
after they solve your problem (bonus not listed), you'll get 10$ each 650 mansion points, 650*10=6500, so ull clear the whole bonus by the time you get to 6500 points

ok, the 100 dollars bonus now is in the Bonuses page, but the mansion points that i made before aren't counted
there's any chance to see those points subtracted from the 6500 needed? have i to contact the mansion support for that?
well, i miss just 78 points, if they don't add those points isn't that big problem

I just talked to the Mansion support and was told they are aware of the problem and working on fixing it. Although I don't know when it will be resolved it should be fixed soon.
For the moment you can continue playing - and although your points only count towards the bonus from the moment that it actually becomes visible - you can contact the support afterwards to have them backcredit the points. According to their support they do this on a member to member basis.

No, they don't. I got the bonus listed when I had about 2600 MCP already, and they paid me 40$ AND listed the bonus in my account, with 60$ remaining to clear

Well that's what the support told me. That its technically not possible to actually have the points credited to your bonus as long as its not yet displayed - but that they manually back-credit the points as soon as it appears, on a account to account basis - so that your points are essentially already counting.
I believe we are thus saying the same thing or?

I think he is saying that his process was automatic. Support told me the same thing. "You are already collecting MCP towards your 50+100 bonus although bonus is not listed. We need xyz business hours to list your bonus".
Something like that 
xyz hours... In first mail they said it was 48h, in second it was already 72h

I waited for a week and then contacted the support with the issue. A few minutes later I had my pending bonus (with some of it already credited for what I played). So if you have problems with the bonus simply join the live chat. They were actually very friendly and helpful.

After 5 mails they finally put that pending bonus on my page and it was more than 48 hours as they first say, and more than 72 hours as they said later
They've also said that my points won't be counted towards this bonus, but in previous mail they said otherwise.
Of course I replied and they come up with a Salomon decision...
I've collected ~730MCP till today and they counted exactly 650MCP, so I got my first 8€ (10$), so I kinda lost 80MCP, but OK I don't mind at all...
The thing that bothers my is their support. They are talking like we were just a bunch of kids, playing kiddy's game on their site and not with real money.
On bonus page I have 90€ on "totals bonus amount", which is 10% more than 100$... So I guess I'll get some more money
