I feel like I lost too much in this pot. I could cbet smaller, or I could continue turn smaller with the intention of betting the river so small I could still fold to a shove or just x/f ing river.
Some of you will ask why I went into check-calling mode on turn, well I thought that I do not get the whole stack in vs a hand i beat, so I wanted to slow down and maybe induce a couple bluffs. Problem is I cannot get away anymore easily because I do not really want to check-fold turn and by the river I could check-fold but I get such great pot odds (but maybe I could still just fold river, after all he should not have enough bluffs here to justify a call?!)... So this hand was really awkward. I think my solution is to block bet like 15 to 20 bbs on the turn and check-fold river or to just cbet like 15 bbs on flop instead of 20ish.
Did not think enough about pot control during this hand.
