I think calling one street would be better if this was heads-up. We are 4way in 3bet pot so I think it is very much possible someone is holding Kx and we have 2 outs. But it wouldn't be terrible to call one street here.

In this situation the CO has 30c at the beginning of the hand. So he can make it 12c (30-18) more.
We can call... Villains ARE PASSIVE. If CO was going to shove he would have shoved already.

With fish you never know this. He can still shove here, but calling a 3bet would be even more fishier I think with more than half his stack in the middle.
Depending on my bankroll i would decide, probably call depending on his plays also

Pretty accurate. Funny thing tho, first time that i see that a player has the exact amount to reopen the bet. I am for a fold here too 
I can't fold JJ! So I would 4bet superbig OOP trying to lose some passengers. If we call we will not hit anything most times and we are OOP.
Even when villains are passive they will shove if they believe that their hand is very good
You never know. Passive villains sholdn't limp shove either but I have seen that. CO might decide that he is so short and there is so much dead money in the pot that he will risk it. And then button can easily go on top to isolate everyone else out.
Villain has 15BB.... He will eagerly shove them.... He called, he will not push... And he did not push as you can read from hero...

He called and got raised, calling again would let 6bb behind for him and they are probably going in anyway. So why wouldn't he just shove? The fact that villain did call in this hand doesn't mean that they are always going to call. He is a fish, he can think "well, fuck it, let's play" and press the raise button. We can not know that and we can not say for sure that "he called, he will not push".
I do not mind him shoving. And I would call his 6BB.... we have a hand and can call.
Fact is that hero called and nothing so scary happened.
