Hud problem, new ipoker client

I am having the same problem with Pokertracker 4.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the software.

Bet365 force updated to their beta client last week and caused similar problems. Speed won't work until we release an update and tournament tables will require you to use the Table Finder until they finalize their hand history updates so we can properly support those tables.

These changes for the speed tables should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates. I do not have an estimate for the tournament table fix as we have to wait for them to fix their poker client before we can make HM2 work properly on the tournaments without the table finder.

For premium tables on Bet365 you need to use the tablefinder too.

is it possible to get hud on cash games using table finder ? I tried and I couldn't figure it out, I can only get session stats for random players on a seperate window.

and make sure the handhistory path is configured correctly and the hands are imported with correct date and time.
Then the Hud should work automatically.

it's been a month and I still play without HUD, now I have HM version 8425 a HH is imported correctly.

I play MTT on ipoker (WilliamHill), the "table finder" does not work properly, I see HUD, but not on the table (see screen),

Please advice about how to solve the problem with HUD or at least with the "table finder".

If you use the "new" ipoker client you need to use HM2 >= 8424.
If you use the "old" ipoker client you need to use an older HM2 release: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/8415_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

Unfortunately, no change

Are you using the old or new client?
Are the hands imported into HM2?
Is date and time of the hands in the HM2 reports correct?
Is date and time of your computer correct?

Please post a screenshot of you playing at a table.

I hope, that screen contains all necessary information

hope you get your HUD fixed.

btw... just wondering,is the diamond icon beside 888 poker ace poker drills or calculator?:f_eek:

Looks good for me. I guess we need to look into the log file. Please use the support tool on our homepage to provide us all the necessary informations and open a ticket.

Hi, one more problem with new Ipoker client. At speed tables stats displayed for opps from previous hand and refreshed only after 10-15 seconds, so you have to wait and use time bank just to wait till stats will be diplsayed. Database size 41MB , so I suppose it is not related to huge DB.

I don't think this is a general problem. Just to be sure can you please test with a new empty database and notecaddy disabled?

Issue has gone after I switch off anti-virus
