KK 3bets pre

You have only a 13bb stack and you are playing against 2 players. So a raise like this looks very strong to me. Especially you play OOP as well. So I would shove with my entire range here.

The flop shove is pretty standard with 31k behind in a pot of 40k. I don’t know what kind of sizing you would bet otherwise, but then you need to bet 10k or less to look not committed.

I'm wondering, in a field with a lot of weak loose passive player ( like the small buying MMTs), do the non shove 3bet have any advantages ?

Because i think, the mass of the players, don't think a lot for that this 3bet looks very strong, they just want to see the flop and with shove they may fold some hands, that otherwise will call.

Just another line of thought.

Yeah, I tend to agree with you, at these micro levels I dont think a lot of basic poker principles apply. If people have already VPIP they want to see a flop and will usually call a reraise as long as its not massive

Sometimes I will 2.5X and someone does the bare min reraise with AT or KJ etc etc, some people get the nuts and never bet waiting to do a check raise whereas other people will 25X overbet shove the pot with the nuts, weird sh*t happens at these levels haha

That is a very good point especially being OOP, plus shoving pre flop might induce a call from a small PP that will fold on many flops. I'd have to agree that the shove is definitely the safest most sensible option, I have been trying out new things recently but not sure I will repeat this on reflection.

I guess it all depends on how wide you think the villians will call a 3bet vs calling a shove, which is often very hard to judge with so little history
