We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix that will be introduced in one of our future upgrades.
When is this issue going to be resolved? It's affecting the time I play at your site.
I've used both Win7 and Win10 with the same volume mixer issue as "zyvy" posted.

They are working on it and it should be fixed soon although I have no exact date as of yet hopefully it will be included in the next updates.
Still no resolution to this sound problem, yet your client has had updates galore recently. Any ETA the sound issue yet?

You can't look at my previous post which outlines that I have the same issue as a another poster?
The issue is, that every time you turn down the sounds of your client using the windows 7 or 10 volume mixer, to adjust it a level that is helpful but doesn't drown out other things you are listening to; when the client makes its next sound at the new level, it resets the volume mixer level of the client back to the master volume setting and is loud again.
This has been going on for months. As stated is the same across both Win7 and Win10, is the same across multiple PC and laptop builds and as far as I'm aware is not a configuration issue. Happy for you to tell me otherwise or for someone else who has resolved this issue to let me know how.

This is planned to be fixed towards the end of this year.

Very soon as we are trialing a new beta version at the moment where it has been fixed and it should be upgraded to the poker client.

Any update to pass along? This volume mixer issue is my one major issue with 888 poker. Thanks.
