Hi Guys. I'm tired off my old laptop failing and shutting down whenever I play online poker for Some hours.

Does anyone have a good idea for an excellent laptop to play poker (and maybe watching films in HD Quality) for a reasonable Price?

Suggestions are very welcome.

Thank you.

One thing for sure - no less than 17 inch _cool: I've seen they make even 19". From my experience I can tell You, the difference between 15" and 17" is pretty big.

Depends on what you consider as reasonable price. I recently got my self this thing: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B015Q30K46/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for travelling purposes, i.e. will be travelling and playing poker on the road. Works pretty good, very smooth and the price imo is reasonable.

I have an old 17 inch thing. It works quite well though it's 5 years old. I put in an SSD harddrive that made my laptop young again. The only thing that makes me want to upgrade is the resolution. It has 1366x768. Sometimes I use a newer 15.6 incher with 1920x1080 and it is much better for playing poker. Though the screen is smaller the readability is so much better.

Try plugging while playing. That help as well.
