How about betting river small? I agree that as played this is a fold.
Flush completes, any Q makes a straight and you check. How often are you trapping here with nuts or check calling pairs, sets etc? Villain should have bunch of bluffs in his range, so I think a small block bet would be ok.

The problem is that all bluffs will fold vs any bet on river.

And how is that a problem?
Is it better that we keep bluffs in villains range even if we know we have to fold against his bluffs? We are folding vs a bet here so why do we let him bluff us?
The point of betting small is to prevent villain from bluffing.

It is a problem as we beat all bluffs and when we bet, they fold, and we get called only by better hands....it is not ok.

Yes we beat all his bluffs if we call. If we check villain can turn pretty much anything into a bluff because the board is so scary and we would almost always bet with a good hand here. But as you said yourself, river is a fold. So why do we want to let villain bluff?

just make a Cost-Benefit analysis, estimate what % his bluffing range is and determine if a blockbet is useful, going back and forth saying "is" - "is not" does not solve it.

I do not think villain will bluff so much on this runout. If he does - well, let him have it.

We do not need to make extensive analyses. Books make that for us All books I have read so far state that micro players don't bluff much and you can basically play open card. Then why would we take a risk unless we have a very very good read on our opponent?
