I played some hands against him last year, he was indeed loose. The more uncommon thing was the huge 3bet % I believe.

Let me congratulate first to your great results, very niice!! I have watched most of your videos, also read through your thread. And indeed I did, all hands, posts and so on. It was actually pretty dramatic, I mean the beginning of 2015 ♦. You mentioned there in one post, that your game was completely new and trying a new style and the results are just amazing. Could you just unfold a bit more what actually happened there? Did you change your attitude to the game or based on what you've made those changes that lifted your winrate so much. What I mean is there should have been a different state of mind or something mental thing too since changing ranges simply won't get thiis kind of result.

Yes there was a crucial moment.
Most poker players fail to move up imo mainly because of two things 1) they don't have faith that sth works, so they do random stuff here and there .... or they mix concepts that are unclear to them when and why should be applied (i.e. they bet for protection when check is higer EV etc) 2) the are not honest to their-selves (results, skill etc)..
What I realized is that 1) I have to trust my thinking process and go with my plan no matter what other people believe 2) I spent a lot of hours analyzing my game, adapting and re-adapting 3) I developed a complete system of my own which I still enrich every day
