I have to lead on this flop right? Is my sizing OK?

You just have to lead out here and you could bet even bigger against passive players. I would call if they shoved.

It sounds like a fair line like this to lead to protect your hand to get some value.
Bet sizing looks good as well, but bigger against fish is always good off course.
