(Not spoken to, but I can easily motivate the preflop 3-bet. Position and initiative is nice. Do what you like doing.)

I 3b pre to take initiative and prevent more players from limping in behind and having to play it multi-way. Plus, I think if we consider villain's opening range from MP a fare few hands will be ones that don't wish to play OOP, furthermore, if they call then I have a good strong holding with position. What size would you recommend decreasing my c-bets to?

Other players cannot limp as it is already raised pot.
Here you can 3b if there is active squeezer to act from behind.

There is one really nice theorem called Baluga theorem.
It says: "You should strongly re-evaluate the strength of one-pair hands in the face of a raise on the turn."

It tends to save money. On this particular board top pair is rarely good.

It says that when facing a turn raise/xr we should continue with top 2P or better.

Usually I would flat this pre but 3betting is not bad. Postflop is ok.

I have no real big issues with this hand either.

We can mix calls and 3bets preflop. I like the hand as played. We generally cannot call the turn profitably.
