He flopped set of queens, was it just bad beat or should I play it more carefully and just call flop?

The size of your 4b is too small. Make it 2.2-2.5x the 3b.
Well, pot donk looks strong but I do not think you can fold.

I would 4bet even bigger since he min 3bets. I would make it $0,45 at least. The rest is fine, It's just a cooler.

You could also just call on the flop, unlikely you will get outdrawn. You you also want to keep him in the pot. I would mix it up here, call sometimes and raise sometimes.

Agree with the 4bet. I think I would not lay down this hand as many weaker hands will call here.
