The BTN seems to understand ICM as he had twice shoved some less than premium hands
Should I just call with my Jacks here?
I shoved because I thought he might think I'm just trying to blow him off the pot and get him to call with a weak hand

After thinking about this I think shoving is the worst thing I can do as I only get called by his monsters and fold out his smaller pairs or other weak Ax hands that I'm dominating.
A 3bet seems best to me, maybe even on the smallish side to make it look like I'm just trying to bluff him and induce a shove

But if want to induce a shove, and you get it, do you still call?

And do you think he would bluff 4bet with a tiny stack away from the money?

I think this is a clear shove on the bubble. You don’t want to induce here with JJ and he should fold a lot of hands. AK will be even tricky for him to call with.
