OTF - when he donks I think he has TP, over pair, maybe a set
OTT - I rule out a FD or SD when he bets again so dont think there is any reason to raise
OTR - I didnt think he had a FD before so I wasn't that scared about the flush coming in, but its weird he bets again here unless he does have a flush
Should I have played this differently?

I don’t think you played it bad here, but the river card is pretty ugly for us.
I would most of the time go for a raise on the flop to protect our hand and for value as well.
I don’t think he would lead with weak hands into 2 players.
