Edit: I saw then under "import" --> the latest played sessions... but i mean the error message when i want to quit the challenge is a lil bit strange...

Hi,

unless we misunderstood, we don't consider the message "Do u really want to quit this CashChallenge? Within a few minutes your session will appear in the import manager for further analysis" and ERROR message. It just asks you confirmation if you want to quit and inform you that you will see the games you played, analyzed, in the import manager.

This isn't really a snowie question but I'll try to help. There are spots, especially on flop and turn, in which one player has a significant range advantage (plus position helps), and the other player should not be defending 1-a. There's nothing "non-GTO" about being able to "insta profit by betting any 2" in certain spots. It seems you may be conflating a toy game with actual poker. Also note that just because you can instaprofit doesn't mean that betting with 100% range is the highest EV strat.

That said, while PokerSnowie is a useful tool, it does not play GTO; it's just a loose approximation

Do you mean preflop ranges? I think it's pretty good for that. There are certain things you need to keep in mind and you don't want to stick 100% to snowie ranges, but I think overall it's a great tool.

it seems you are referring to the SnowieAPP by Holdem Manager and NOT to our native product PokerSnowie.

I just bought the 1 year pro subscription two days ago and since then I am not able to login anymore.

My emails to the pokersnowie support have not been answered so far and i am a little concerned that i just paid a lot of money for nothing. I really love the software and would like to start learning with it tho...

sadly I am facing the exact same problem again. Maybe i clicked to quick through the scenarios while tinkering some situations and the server thought there is some ddos going on?

With the new 0.25x sizing out with the last update, Snowie now opens pot on the button instead of half pot. What are you're guesses for why this change was made by snowie, and can we learn something from it?

Also, why was the decision made to update the software with the 0.25x sizing instead of the anticipated 0.75x sizing?

we apologize for the problems that occasionally some customers might experience in using PokerSnowie, like being temporary unable to log in, but as you might guess, we have daily several users trying to use our service in ways which are not permitted by our license agreement ( http://www.pokersnowie.com/eula-pokersnowie.html).

We try to do our best and answer to every customers as soon as possibile, reactivating the accounts or asking for more informatin. Occasionally we have to ban some users, as they resulted with no doubts in actually violating the license agreement.

Hi,

about the status upgrade I guess you should ask to PokerStrategy.

You can install PokerSnowie on all your personal devices, but you won't be able to login at the same time from more than one computer. Moreover, the license is personal and cannot be shared.
