well u can raise the turn here, since he can have a diamond and has to call your raise.

If u defend your blind passive, u have to make a little bit more action normally, but in this spot its also fine to call down, imo. villain will often bet the river with any made hand anyway (maybe also with an unimproved Ax), so u will gain a bet on the river very often AND u don't have a tough decision to make, if he 3bets your turnraise.

again schnup explained it well. personally i like a 3-bet preflop way better. if you decide to just call in these spots you should be really aware of what you are doing (and why you´re doing it) and not just do it because somebody told you to ^^
