Standard v tight villian?

Or do we have to see river given possibilty villian is raising a draw / monster draw and fold to any scare card on river - especially given the board is so draw heavy?

against a normal tag I would call the turn, since flushdraws are possible...but this opponent seems to be very passive so I think, that a turnfold can't be so wrong.

If u know, that he plays draws aggressiv u have to call the turn...

looks fine against this guy (and imo it should be fine against the average low limit opponent as well)
