Should I play this like wa/wb, ch/c on every street? I raised flop for protection.

u cannot protect on the flop...u can raise for information:-)

his range: AK,JJ+ , maybe QQ +

AK = 12 combinations
JJ = 3
QQ = 1
KK = 3
AA = 6

ahead against: 12
behind against: 13
in that case this should be a WAWB situation, when u think that his range is a little bit looser or tighter your situation will be a different one.

Against his Range a flopraise can be fine, since he will call AK at least on flop and turn.

u could also play call flop raise turn, but should be able to fold to a 3bet on the turn.

I think that different lines viable in that spot

I wouldn't raise even against AK to let them bet. We are in position so we don't have to fear him checking behind anyway. :)
